Requirements Needed:
Current student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of HR administration processes, including employee records and documentation
Willingness to learn and actively participate in recruitment processes and HR record management
Good verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with team members and candidates
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information accurately and responsibly
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
Positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to grow within a fast-paced work environment
Support recruitment and selection processes, including shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with applicants
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR databases in line with company standards
Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate staff onboarding and induction activities, ensuring new employees are properly introduced to company policies and procedures
Handle employee queries, support staff welfare matters, and assist in resolving basic HR-related concerns
Support the performance appraisal process by preparing appraisal documents, tracking timelines, and compiling feedback
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines across departments
Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation as required by the HR department
This position is ideal for individuals at the early stages of their career who are eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience. The program runs for six months, with an option for either party to conclude at the end of the third month.
We also offer a three‑month attachment program on unpaid terms for those seeking shorter exposure for strictly school program where they learn and go back to school.
