Requirements Needed:
Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial terminology
Strong ability to work with numbers and perform accurate calculations
Willingness to learn and use financial systems, accounting software, and internal reporting tools
High level of integrity, honesty, and commitment to accuracy when handling financial information
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage records and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a structured work environment
Record daily financial transactions accurately in accounting systems and spreadsheets in accordance with company procedures
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and statements for internal review and decision-making
Process payments, invoices, and receipts while ensuring proper authorization, accuracy, and timely filing
Support budgeting activities and expense tracking by monitoring costs and comparing them against approved budgets
Conduct bank and cash reconciliations to ensure financial records match actual balances and promptly identify discrepancies
Maintain proper financial documentation, filing systems, and records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist in internal and external audits, compliance checks, and financial reviews by preparing required documents and reports
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including follow-ups, postings, and basic reconciliations
This position is ideal for individuals at the early stages of their career who are eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience. The program runs for six months, with an option for either party to conclude at the end of the third month.
We also offer a three‑month attachment program on unpaid terms for those seeking shorter exposure for strictly school program where they learn and go back to school.
