Student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of programming concepts and languages, with a willingness to learn and improve technical skills.

Description
Specializes in Laravel framework, with hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and improving web applications using best practices.
Assist in coding, software development, and implementation of application features under the guidance of senior developers and project leads.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to identify issues, fix bugs, and ensure reliable and efficient system performance.
Support system upgrades, updates, and enhancements, including version updates and performance improvements, to keep applications running smoothly.
Document software processes, development workflows, and code changes clearly to support maintenance, onboarding, and future development.
Collaborate closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Maintain, optimize, and support existing software systems to ensure stability, security, and scalability over time.
RENUMERATION STRUCTURE:
This position is ideal for individuals at the early stages of their career who are eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience. The program runs for six months, with an option for either party to conclude at the end of the third month.
We also offer a three‑month attachment program on unpaid terms for those seeking shorter exposure for strictly school program where they learn and go back to school.
Program Structure:
- Months 1,2 & 3 (KShs. 10,000/month): Support provided for transport and lunch. At the end of this stage, you may choose to exit or continue into the next phase.
- Months 3 to 6 (KShs. 20,000/month): Integration into the HR role with hands‑on responsibilities. Upon successful completion, you may be offered a formal job contract or supported to transition into the wider job market.
