Requirements Needed:
Student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, E-commerce, or a related field.
Strong interest in online sales, digital marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms, with a desire to understand how online businesses operate.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with common software applications, internet usage, and online tools.
Willingness to learn and effectively use customer support systems, order management tools, and e-commerce platforms.
High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in product listings, orders, customer information, and reports.
Basic understanding of online customer journeys and user experiences, or readiness to learn through training and hands-on tasks.
Ability to follow procedures, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills to support collaboration with sales, technical, and customer support teams.
Manage and update online product listings by ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and availability across e-commerce platforms.
Process online orders efficiently and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain e-commerce platforms by updating content, monitoring functionality, and assisting with basic troubleshooting as needed.
Track sales performance and inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and supporting replenishment planning.
Support online promotions, discounts, and special campaigns by updating offers and monitoring their performance.
Coordinate closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing, deliveries, and issue resolution.
Continuously improve the customer shopping experience by identifying gaps, suggesting improvements, and supporting user-friendly platform enhancements.
Prepare sales and performance reports that summarize trends, insights, and outcomes to support data-driven decision-making.
RENUMERATION STRUCTURE:
This position is ideal for individuals at the early stages of their career who are eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience. The program runs for six months, with an option for either party to conclude at the end of the third month.
We also offer a three‑month attachment program on unpaid terms for those seeking shorter exposure for strictly school program where they learn and go back to school.
Program Structure:
Month 1 (Unpaid): The company invests in your learning and training, equipping you with essential skills.
Months 2 & 3 (KShs. 10,000/month): Support provided for transport and lunch. At the end of this stage, you may choose to exit or continue into the next phase.
Months 3 to 6 (KShs. 20,000/month): Integration into the HR role with hands‑on responsibilities. Upon successful completion, you may be offered a formal job contract or supported to transition into the wider job market.
