Requirements Needed:
Student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
Strong interest in content creation, storytelling, and digital media, with a passion for communicating ideas creatively.
Basic writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and well-structured content.
Willingness to learn and apply content analytics to measure performance and improve content effectiveness.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt content to different audiences and platforms.
Basic understanding of digital platforms such as blogs, websites, and social media channels.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all content produced.
Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills to support teamwork and meet deadlines.
Create, publish, and manage digital content across various online platforms in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Support growth and engagement strategies by contributing ideas and executing campaigns aimed at increasing reach and audience interaction
Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to inform content direction and improve campaign effectiveness
Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely, consistent, and well-coordinated content delivery
Analyze content performance using available analytics tools and insights to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure content aligns with overall campaign goals
Optimize content for different digital platforms by applying best practices for format, timing, and audience targeting
Prepare performance reports summarizing results, insights, and recommendations for future content and marketing activities
This position is ideal for individuals at the early stages of their career who are eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience. The program runs for six months, with an option for either party to conclude at the end of the third month.
We also offer a three‑month attachment program on unpaid terms for those seeking shorter exposure for strictly school program where they learn and go back to school.
