Requirements Needed:

  • Student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement, with a desire to understand customer needs and sales processes.

  • Willingness to learn Sacco products and services, including financial offerings, membership benefits, and customer solutions.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally and confidently.

  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a team-oriented sales environment.

  • Basic understanding of customer service principles or openness to learning best practices in customer interaction.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members while also demonstrating initiative in assigned sales-related tasks.

    Description


  • Recruit new Sacco members by conducting outreach, explaining membership benefits, and guiding potential members through the registration process.

  • Promote Sacco products and services by clearly communicating their value, features, and benefits to existing and prospective members.

  • Conduct member education and outreach activities to improve understanding of Sacco offerings, policies, and financial literacy.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support, follow-ups, and responding to member inquiries and concerns.

  • Work toward meeting set sales and growth targets by actively engaging prospects and supporting business development initiatives.

  • Collect market feedback from members and prospects to identify customer needs, trends, and areas for service improvement.

  • Participate in Sacco marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to support visibility and member acquisition efforts.

  • Prepare sales activity and performance reports, documenting outreach activities, results, and insights for review and planning.

  • RENUMERATION STRUCTURE:

  • This position is ideal for individuals at the early stages of their career who are eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience. The program runs for six months, with an option for either party to conclude at the end of the third month.

    We also offer a three‑month attachment program on unpaid terms for those seeking shorter exposure for strictly school program where they learn and go back to school.

    Program Structure:

    • Month 1 (Unpaid): The company invests in your learning and training, equipping you with essential skills.
    • Months 2 & 3 (KShs. 10,000/month): Support provided for transport and lunch. At the end of this stage, you may choose to exit or continue into the next phase.
    • Months 3 to 6 (KShs. 20,000/month): Integration into the HR role with hands‑on responsibilities. Upon successful completion, you may be offered a formal job contract or supported to transition into the wider job market.
