Requirements Needed:

  • Student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in travel planning, tour coordination, and understanding how travel operations and services are organized.

  • Basic customer service skills, with the ability to assist clients professionally, courteously, and efficiently.

  • Willingness to learn and work with booking systems, reservation platforms, and travel management tools.

  • Good organizational skills to manage schedules, bookings, documentation, and multiple tasks effectively.

  • Basic understanding of travel products such as flights, accommodation, and tour packages, or readiness to learn on the job.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn within a fast-paced travel and tourism environment.

  • Assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries that meet client preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.

  • Handle bookings and reservations for flights, accommodation, tours, and other travel services accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other service partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and helpful travel guidance.

  • Prepare and organize travel documentation, including itineraries, tickets, confirmations, and related travel details.

  • Support tour operations by assisting with scheduling, coordination, and on-ground logistical arrangements.

  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality of client information.

  • Assist in marketing travel packages by supporting promotions, content creation, and customer outreach initiatives.

  • RENUMERATION STRUCTURE:

  • This position is ideal for individuals at the early stages of their career who are eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience. The program runs for six months, with an option for either party to conclude at the end of the third month.

    We also offer a three‑month attachment program on unpaid terms for those seeking shorter exposure for strictly school program where they learn and go back to school.

    Program Structure:

    • Month 1 (Unpaid): The company invests in your learning and training, equipping you with essential skills.
    • Months 2 & 3 (KShs. 10,000/month): Support provided for transport and lunch. At the end of this stage, you may choose to exit or continue into the next phase.
    • Months 3 to 6 (KShs. 20,000/month): Integration into the HR role with hands‑on responsibilities. Upon successful completion, you may be offered a formal job contract or supported to transition into the wider job market.
