Requirements Needed:
Student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
Strong interest in program and project coordination, including planning, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
Basic reporting skills, with the ability to document activities, track progress, and prepare simple reports.
Willingness to learn monitoring and evaluation (M&E) concepts, tools, and methods for measuring program impact and effectiveness.
Good organizational skills to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to support coordination with teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of development programs, community initiatives, or project lifecycles, or eagerness to learn through hands-on experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating initiative and accountability in assigned tasks.
Coordinate program implementation activities by supporting planning, scheduling, and execution of approved program initiatives.
Monitor program progress and timelines to ensure activities are delivered on schedule and any risks or delays are identified early.
Prepare program reports and documentation, including progress updates, meeting notes, and activity summaries.
Engage stakeholders and partners through communication, coordination, and follow-ups to support smooth program delivery.
Support budgeting and planning processes by assisting with cost tracking, resource allocation, and financial documentation.
Ensure compliance with program guidelines, policies, and procedures throughout all program activities.
Collect, organize, and analyze program data to track performance, outcomes, and key indicators.
Support evaluation and learning activities by assisting with assessments, feedback collection, and lessons-learned documentation.
This position is ideal for individuals at the early stages of their career who are eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience. The program runs for six months, with an option for either party to conclude at the end of the third month.
We also offer a three‑month attachment program on unpaid terms for those seeking shorter exposure for strictly school program where they learn and go back to school.
