Requirements Needed:
Student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing trends, online branding, and emerging platforms, with a desire to stay updated on industry changes.
Basic understanding of major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok, including how content is shared and engaged with.
Creative mindset with curiosity to generate fresh content ideas, explore storytelling techniques, and experiment with different marketing approaches.
Willingness to learn and use digital marketing tools such as social media management platforms, analytics tools, email marketing systems, and content scheduling tools.
Basic knowledge of content creation, including captions, visuals, videos, or blogs, even if through coursework or personal projects.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contribute ideas, and support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills to help meet deadlines and support multiple marketing activities effectively.
Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that support brand visibility, audience growth, and overall business objectives.
Manage social media content calendars, create and schedule posts, and support the execution of social media campaigns across various platforms.
Monitor online performance metrics such as engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions, and help identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support email marketing campaigns and online advertising initiatives by assisting with content preparation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
Assist in brand awareness and promotional initiatives by contributing ideas, coordinating digital activities, and supporting online visibility efforts.
Create basic marketing reports that summarize campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future improvement.
Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to strengthen brand relationships.
This position is ideal for individuals at the early stages of their career who are eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience. The program runs for six months, with an option for either party to conclude at the end of the third month.
We also offer a three‑month attachment program on unpaid terms for those seeking shorter exposure for strictly school program where they learn and go back to school.
Program Structure:
